In addition, semi-automatic edge banding machines often encounter minor malfunctions during operation, and we also adopt strategies to address this issue:
1. The conveyor belt is not running
The yellow baffle protection switch on the pressure beam at the beginning of the conveyor belt has not returned to its position, the rear end trimming motor has not raised, and the temperature has not reached the set value. Open the electrical door with the main power supply at the back to check whether the electrical components KA7 and KA3 KA4 KA5 KA6 can be interchanged and tested.
2. The conveyor belt is running, but the variable frequency start cannot be turned on
First, turn off the main power supply to the machine and wait for 30-60 seconds. Then, turn on the variable frequency and try it again (possibly due to unstable voltage or motor overload, variable frequency self protection, and restoring variable frequency when power is off). Open the electrical box and replace the electrical component KA2 to try it out
3. If there is a single item that cannot be activated, such as head trimming, fine trimming, and rough trimming
First, check whether the panel position "front and rear trimming", "rough trimming", and "fine trimming" is adjusted to the "1" position. Open the electrical box and try replacing the electrical component KA2. Open the electrical box to see if there is a trip.
