1、 First identify the problem and its cause

The first is poor adhesion between adhesive and edge sealing strips, and the second is poor adhesion between adhesive and paintless panels. 2、 Method of edge sealing treatment

When sealing the edges, hot melt adhesive film is used as the adhesive. Firstly, the adhesive film is laid on the edge of the paintless board with the adhesive side facing downwards. Then, an electric iron is used to remove the adhesive film and stick it to the edge of the board. Then, the release paper on the back is torn off to leave the adhesive film on the paintless board.

Generally speaking, there are requirements for the flatness and stability of paintless panels.
